Day 2:
Action Plan for the Implementation of Industrial Development Strategy for Processing, Utilizing and Neutralizing of Production and Consumption Waste until 2030
Main topics:
- Russian waste-processing industry: establishing landmarks for future development
- Eco-technical parks as sites for deep waste processing: action plan for Russia
- Governmental support for eco-industrial clusters: what is need to be done
- Legal and technological aspects of secondary resource management.
The conference will be attended by representatives of Federal ministries and governmental agencies of the Russian Federation, industry unions and associations, scientific and educational organizations, R&D institutes and technological platforms, public organizations, experts of the largest industrial companies, Russian environmental management experts.
It is the purpose of the Conference to create proposals for Russian governmental bodies on improvement of existing legislative acts for introducing environmentally-oriented, resource-saving techniques, ensuring a healthy living environment and improving competitiveness of BAT compliant production facilities, developing national technological and engineering base for waste management industry as well as creation of the Action Plan for the implementation of Industrial Development Strategy for Processing, Utilizing and Neutralizing of Production and Consumption Waste until 2030
